Total income reached ₹515 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025—a 37% annual increase and 40.9% sequential jump. EBITDA margins remained robust at 27.5% as earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization grew 39.2% to ₹141.9 crore.
The company's post-IPO momentum continues to build, with ₹841.51 crore raised through its recent public offering. Management credits execution under the PM-KUSUM solar pump scheme for driving demand, having fulfilled 48,915 turnkey orders directly through the program—capturing 31% market share including indirect supplies.
With an order book of 29,961 pumps as of July 31 and capital efficiency metrics showing 41.6% return on net worth, Oswal Pumps anticipates 50-60% revenue growth this fiscal year. Medium-term projections suggest sustained 30-35% expansion as government energy transition policies maintain favorable tailwinds.
